Leadership Team
Zach Kleiner (President)
Zach Kleiner joined MFT in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company. Prior to MFT, Kleiner was GM at Praxair Surface Technologies overseeing two Aerospace Special Processing facilities in Connecticut. His prior roles include Director of Business Operations at Precision Castparts and over 12 years in various roles with Rolls-Royce. Kleiner received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
Lisa Attle (VP of Finance and Administration)
Lisa Attle joined MFT in 2013 and leads MFT’s business accounting and finance functions. Attle previously worked as an accounting executive at Bookmasters and American Steel Products. Attle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and has also earned her CPA designation.
Skip Griffin (VP of Bristol Operations)
Skip Griffin joined MFT in 2015 and is responsible for operations of the Precision Metal Cleaning, Metal Plating and OE Coating Removal divisions. Before MFT, Griffin spent over 25 years in technical sales and product management in the chemical processing and metal plating markets. Griffin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
Max McIntyre (VP of Business Development)
Max McIntyre joined MFT in 2022 and is responsible for business development and the implementation of strategic growth initiatives. McIntyre is a Special Forces Veteran with 30+ years of experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry and U.S. Special Forces. McIntyre received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Excelsior University and holds a Lean/Six Sigma Advanced Master Black Belt from Villanova University. He was also the prior President of Aerospace Component Manufacturers (ACM).
Richard Madamba (VP of Bloomfield Operations)
Richard Madamba joined MFT in 2024 in conjunction with MFT’s acquisition of Aqua Blasting. Madamba is responsible for the Surface Enhancement division. Before purchasing Aqua Blasting in 2013, Madamba had a tenured career in leadership positions at Ametek Corporation, United Technologies Corporation and Hamilton Sundstrand. Madamba earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and MBA from Western New England University.

Board Chairman & CEO – Peter Mirabello
Peter Mirabello purchased MFT in 2011 and serves as Chairman of the Board. Mirabello is an aerospace industry veteran focused on accelerating MFT’s growth through product category expansion, M&A and strategic support. Prior to MFT, Mirabello was an Executive Vice President with NetJets where he was instrumental in the business’ evolution and development. Mirabello previously worked with Pratt & Whitney as a manufacturing development engineer, responsible for prototype parts, new technology process development, and application of leading manufacturing strategies.
Board Member – Cliff Orr
Cliff joined Battle Group in 2016. His efforts are focused on leading the Firm’s investment activities, including investment sourcing, transaction execution, and ultimately supporting the growth, expansion and success of the Firm’s portfolio companies. Cliff’s career has focused on small- and medium-sized business formation, investment and growth. His experience spans private equity and public markets, particularly enterprises with under $100 million revenue, and includes both public and private company board governance. Cliff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (inactive) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Board Member – Todd Kallman
Todd joined Pratt and Whitney in July 2006 as President of its Commercial Engines division before retiring in September of 2013. He was responsible for Pratt & Whitney’s portfolio of Original Equipment Manufacturer engines and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services. The Commercial Engines division, based on Pratt & Whitney’s unique OEMRO® business model, includes the company’s Global Service Partners and Global Material Solutions Offerings.
Board Member – Scott Starrett
Scott retired after 40-year career in several leadership positions at Honeywell, Sikorsky (Lockheed Martin), and StandardAero. His deep aerospace experience includes: President of Military and Energy Sector at StandardAero where he was responsible for all elements of global Strategy/Growth, Operations and Profit & Loss. Prior to StadardAero, Scott served as President at Sikorsky managing its $4.5 billion Military Systems business. He was responsible for all aspects of growth and operations in support of DoD and global customers. Key product lines included the Blackhawk and Naval Hawk platforms, as well as heavy lift and the Presidential Helicopter.
Board Member – Maj Gen Lee K. Levy II, USAF (Retired)
Currently, Gen Levy is a member of the NASA Advisory Council alongside various government figures, astronauts, scientists, and corporate executives. He is also President and CEO of The Levy Group LLC. Additionally, he has been appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma as a member of the Oklahoma Aerospace and Autonomous Systems Council. During his final assignment with the Air Force, Gen Levy was Commanding General of the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Air Force Materiel Command, headquartered at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
